项目评审专家组（PAP）-Asia-Pacific Network for Sustainable Forest Management and Rehabilitation

项目评审专家组（PAP）由在林业及相关领域具有国际声誉的专家组成。成员具备丰富的项目/计划开发和管理经验，负责对项目进行筛选和评审。评审专家组对项目概要书和建议书的技术可行性进行评审，判断其是否符合APFNet优先领域和项目指南要求，并向亚太森林组织秘书长提出项目资助与否的建议。

项目评审专家组成员通过理事会会议由APFNet成员推荐和审议，并经董事会批准。
